01. Heard rival submissions. According to learned counsel for the applicants- original claimant Nos. 1 and 3 had died prior to the passing of impugned judgment, but their legal heirs were not brought on record. Now their legal heirs including other claimants have filed this appeal. As such, instead of bringing the legal heirs of original claimant Nos. 1 and 3 on record, those legal heirs can be permitted to prosecute the appeal. As such, the permission as aforesaid is granted and the application stands disposed of.
