The learned Government Pleader submits that necessary instructions are given to Kai. Rangnathrao Kaldate Guruji Madyamik Va Uccha Madhyamic Vidyalaya, Parbhani for allowing the students of the petitioner of 12th standard (32 in number) to appear for examination from their school and further compliance is also directed. 2.

The said School has also given communication to the Education Officer that necessary compliance is being made. 3.

In view of that, the interest of the students is protected. 4.

We make it clear that petitioner shall not admit the students for 11th and 12th standards unless 11th and 12th standards are sanctioned by the Government. If proposal is pending, the Government may take

P-WP-2365-22.odt decision on the proposal of the petitioner for starting 11th and 12 standards on its own merits and in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of six (06) months. 5.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
