1] The present Civil Application is filed seeking withdrawal of the amount deposited by the non-applicant. The non-applicant has deposited 50% of the amount as directed by the Tribunal towards the wages of the applicant. 2] For the reasons stated in the Civil Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause-A. The applicant is permitted to withdraw the entire deposited amount along with accrued interest thereon, deposited by the respondents subject to filing an undertaking to the satisfaction of the learned Registrar [Judicial] of this Court. Civil Application is disposed of accordingly. 3] List Writ Petition No.1659 of 2019 in due course.
