The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits on instructions that the Petitioner and Respondent No.3/Tushar Bhatulal Jaiswal, are related to each other. There are several cases filed by them against each other. There is a rivalry between them. The Petitioner prays that an appeal lodged by him against Respondent No.3 before the Competent Authority at Dhule, be decided out of turn.

The purported proceedings initiated by the Petitioner have been lodged on 07/08/2023. We have no reason to entertain this Petition for passing an order to deal with the pending

1968.24wp (2) proceedings, out of turn. Merely because the Petitioner has approached this Court, would not mean that this Court should grant an out of turn hearing to the Petitioner in the freshly filed appeal proceedings.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off. The proceedings initiated by the Petitioner shall be dealt with by the Competent Authority, in queue, considering the date of lodging of the proceedings.
