Perusal of impugned order shows that it is dated 23.12.2016 passed in Dispute Application No.157 of 2016, by which, the petitioner was disqualified as member of the Village Panchayat with retrospective effect on the ground that she failed to furnish caste validity certificate although she was elected from the reserved category. It appears that the election of the petitioner was for a term from 2016 to 2021. As such, the issue involved in this petition is merely academic. 3.
