The learned counsel submits that the application for issuance of the caste certificate is pending with respondent no.2 since February 2018.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondents.

In case, application is filed by the petitioner and the same is pending with respondent no.2 for issuance of caste certificate, then respondent no.2 shall decide the same on its own merits, preferably with a period of two (02) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner.
