Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions prays for withdrawal of the petition with liberty to approach the Scrutiny Committee by presenting an appeal in view of the order of the Sub Divisional Officer dated 29.01.2019. Learned counsel further prays for directions to respondent No.2-Scrutiny Committee to decide the appeal expeditiously as the petitioner is desirous to stake his claim for the post of Head Constable (Ministerial), in view of an advertisement dated 20.02.2019 through the Central Industrial Security Force. Copy of the advertisement is placed on record at Exh.'D'.

The petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Competent Appellate Authority/Scrutiny Committee by preferring the appeal, if such an appeal is filed before the Scrutiny Committee

( 2 ) wp2573.19 i.e. the Competent Authority, the Scrutiny Committee to decide the appeal as expeditiously as possible, needless to state on the merits of the appeal.
