Learned counsel for the applicant submits that during the course of investigation of this crime, it is found that the name of the applicant was wrongly mentioned in the F.I.R. and in the charge sheet his name has not been mentioned. Hence, requested to pass the appropriate order. Learned A.P.P. tendered report of the Investigating Officer and submitted that appropriate order be passed. 2.

I have heard both the learned counsel. Perused the report given by the investigating officer, P.S.I. Gangapur police station. After going through the same, it appears that no offence is found against the applicant and hence his name has been excluded from the charge sheet. The report submitted by the investigating officer is
