We have heard Mr. Gandhi, the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Though the learned counsel for the petitioner sought to canvass submissions on merits of the matter, we are not inclined to consider the same in view of the alternate remedy available to the petitioner.

In the light of that, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternate remedy as my be permissible in law. All contentions of the petitioner are kept open. The forum where the proceedings would be filed shall
