For the reasons stated in the application, it is allowed in the interest of justice, subject to costs of Rs.2000/- to be paid by the applicants to the Library of High Court Advocates Association at Aurangabad within two weeks from today.

The Second Appeal as well as the civil applications are ordered to be restored for disposal according to law after the applicants deposit the amount of costs.
