Present petition was filed challenging order passed by Collector under Section 34 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894, in compliance of directions issued by Division Bench of this Court. 3.

The petition is filed challenging orders passed with respect to several cases. In so far as Land Acquisition Reference No.699 of 2008 and out of which First Appeal No.2289 of 2013 arose, name of Mr.Sangram Kashinath Mahajan is enumerated in the petition as respondent no.5. However, the learned Advocates appearing for both parties jointly state that apart from Mr.Sangram Kashinath Mahajan his son Mr.Mahesh Sangram Mahajan is also a co-owner of the suit property. The parties jointly make a request that office be directed to disburse the amount with respect to Land Acquisition ReferenceNo.699 Narwade/

p-3.odt of 2008 (First Appeal No.2289 of 2013) in favour of Sangram Mahajan and his son Mahesh Mahajan. The learned Advocate for respondent no.5 states that a joint account of the father and son will be opened. 4.

Office is directed to remit the amount in the said joint account. 5.
