We dispose of the Writ Petition with directions to the Respondent No.1 to consider the prayer of the petitioner in the light of Government Resolution dated 15.09.2011 and as per the Government policy, as expeditiously as possible, however, in any case within two months from today. Needless to observe that, whether such Government Resolution would govern the case of the petitioner or otherwise is a matter to be considered by the Respondent Authorities.
