Mr.Kolhare, learned counsel submits that the proposal was submitted with the Education Officer for sanction of 8th standard

{2} wp1896to1898-15.odt in the petitioners School as per the provisions of Right to Education Act. The Education Officer in turn recommended it and forwarded it to the Deputy Director of Education on 9/7/2013. However, the Deputy Director of Education has not yet decided and processed the said proposal. The learned AGP submits that in case the said proposal is pending with the Deputy Director of Education, the Deputy Director of Education would process the same as per law expeditiously.

2] In light of above, we pass following order :

a] The respondent no.3 shall process the proposal forwarded by Education Officer to it in respect of petitioners claim for sanction of 8th standard (Exh.E) expeditiously as per law and policy preferably within four months and in case respondent no.3 gives specific recommendation, the same be forwarded to the respondent no.2.

3] Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs. V.L.ACHLIYA,J.
