Instant review application is presented seeking modification of the order passed by this Court on 8th December, 2015. 2.

This Court directed the authorities to remove encroachment allegedly made alongside the National High Way. It is the contention of review applicant that though he was not an encroacher, the construction made by him has been removed under the garb of the aforesaid order. If that be so, it would be open for the review applicant to take appropriate steps permissible in accordance with law. Since the construction in question has already been removed, there is no need to take cognizance of the instant review application. Application is devoid of substance hence stands rejected. ( A.I.S.
