Mr. Chavan, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was the lowest bidder. The tender was opened on 05th November, 2019. Still the work order is not issued. As such this petition is filed. 2.

During pendency of the petition, the petitioner received communication that the tender is cancelled. Mr. Bora, learned Counsel for Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 would submit that entire tender process is cancelled. 1 / 2

The communication, intimating the petitioner that the tender process is cancelled, is dated 19th December, 2019. The tender process is cancelled on the administrative grounds. The cancellation of tender process is also eight months back. It is also submitted that there were only two qualified tenders.

Considering all aforesaid aspects of the matter and the fact that the tender process is cancelled on administrative grounds that too eight months back, we are not inclined to entertain the petition.
