Perused complaints. Perused affidavit of Investigating Officer.

We find no criminal offence made out from the complaints. The Investigating Officer has almost admitted this fact in his affidavit. The complaints are uncalled for. Same deserve to be quashed and are accordingly quashed.

Criminal Application Nos. 2133 of 2014 and 2134 of 2014 are allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' of the applications and Criminal

Application No. 1130 of 2014 is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'A' of the said application.
