Mr.Vibhute, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that validation proceedings in respect of petitioner's tribe claim is pending with the Committee. However, the Respondent employer is insisting to get the validity certificate, else adverse action would be taken.

Learned A.G.P. states that in case the said proceedings are pending, the authority would decide the same on its own merits. 4.
In case the validation proceedings in respect of tribe claim of the petitioner is pending then the Respondent Committee shall
decide the same on its own merits in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within six (6) months. 5.
The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 6.3.2017.

The Respondent employer shall not take adverse action against the petitioner only on the ground that his validation proceedings are pending. However, the employer can take further course of action depending upon the judgment delivered by the Committee in respect of the validation proceedings. 7.
The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
