Heard the learned Advocates for the respective parties. 2.

The prayer in this writ petition is that the representation dated 24th November 2022, addressed by the petitioners to the Respondent Nos. 2 to 5, be directed to be decided expeditiously. 3.

Today, the learned Advocate for the petitioners placed on record a copy of communication/proposal dated 26th June 2023, by which,

( 2 ) 1101- WP-7510-2021 pursuant to the above representation, the Respondent No.5 has forwarded the proposal to the Respondent No.3. 4.

Considering the same, the purpose for filing this Writ Petition would be subserved by directing the Respondent No.3 to take appropriate decision on the said communication/proposal submitted by Respondent No.5 on 26th June 2023.

We, therefore, direct the Respondent No.3 - Sub-Divisional Officer, Shirdi, to take appropriate decision on the said proposal dated 26th June 2023 as expeditiously as possible and, in any case, within a period of three months from the date on which a copy of this order is received by the office of Respondent No.3.
