This is an application for setting aside the conditional order passed by this Court on 22.12.2014.

For the reasons recorded in the application, application deserves to be allowed and same is accordingly allowed. Delay occurred in presenting the application stands condoned. Conditional order passed by this Court on 22.12.2014 is quashed and set aside and writ petition is restored to its original number. Petitioner shall comply with the office objections within a period of two weeks from today. In the event of failure, order passed in the instant civil application shall be deemed to have been recalled. If the petitioner proceeds to pay bhatta within two weeks from today, issue notices as ordered, however, returnable date is extended by six weeks.
