The petitioner is seeking approval as a trained graduate teacher by way of modification in the earlier approval, which, according to him, was erroneous. The proposal has been pending with the Education Officer (Primary) since 03.10.2022. 2.

Learned advocate Ms. Shinde, who appears for respondent Nos. 2 and 3, on instructions, submits that appropriate decision would be taken in accordance with law. 3.

The writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 2, the Education Officer (Primary), to consider the petitioner's proposal (Exhibit - 'J') on its own merits as expeditiously as possible, and in any case, within five (05) weeks, under intimation to him.
