The applicant is seeking condonation of delay of only 25 days in filing the appeal which appears to be caused due to collecting necessary certified copies of the impugned order. 3.

Though the learned Counsel for respondent No.1 strongly opposed the application, but considering the short period of delay and for the reasons stated in the application, the same stands condoned.
