While granting suspension of substantive sentence of imprisonment, this Court, way back on 18.06.2019, had directed the applicants herein to attend the trial Court once in three months and and this Court as and when directed. It appears that the said condition has scrupulously been followed. It is also informed by the learned Counsel for the applicants that no crime has been registered against any of the applicants post conviction.
