The petitioner seeks to challenge the impugned order dated 21.1.2016, by which, an application Exhibit 16, filed in Enquiry No.1339 of 2014 has been rejected.

I have heard the learned Advocates for the respective sides. 3.

The issue is that a Treasurer of the Trust, namely, Mohd. Yusuf Mohd. Jahangir passed away on 23.4.2006. The post was not filled in until the elections that were held in 2014. Exhibit 16 is filed for seeking condonation of delay of 8 years and 4 months. It is not in dispute that the post of the Treasurer is now filled in by the elections held in 2014. 4.

In view of the above, I do not find that the impugned order was akl/d
