The learned Prosecutor informs us that this habeas corpus petition was moved in vacation before the learned Vacation Court on 13-05-2021. The minor missing girl was traced out and was produced before the Court. The learned Vacation Court interacted with the minor girl and going by her desire and keeping in view that she is a minor, handed her over to her parents. The accused with whom she had eloped on account of a love affair, has also been arrested and Crime No.672 of 2020 has been registered against him with the concerned police station. Gajanan
