During the course of hearing, learned Counsel for the contesting Respondent, on instructions, makes statement that having regard to the time lapse in between passing of the order impugned and decision of the present Petition and also in view of the fact that the order is impugned is stayed, according to him there is no propriety in seeking any order on merit in this Petition. He, therefore records no objection for setting aside the order impugned. 2.

In view of this, order stands set aside.

Learned Counsel for both sides are unanimous to state that the reference is pending since year 1987 and the same needs to be decided expeditiously.
