None present for the respondent No.1 - Insurance Company. It is a death claim.

This is an application for withdrawal of the amount of compensation. Only a sum of Rs.1,84,500/- was awarded as compensation for death claim.

Pending the appeal, father Datta passed away. His legal representatives have been brought on record.

In the fitness of things, the applicants are permitted to withdraw 75% of the amount in deposit with interest accrued thereon. Legal representatives of Datta be paid 50% amount thereof and remaining 50% shall be paid to the mother Laxmibai, on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
