Heard rival submissions.

The applicants are seeking condonation of delay of 707 days in filing the First Appeal, which appears to be caused due to their poor financial condition.

The learned A.G.P for respondent/acquiring body though strongly opposed the application, but considering the statutory right of the applicants, and the reasons mentioned in the application, it stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) subject to cost of Rs.1000/- (Rs. One thousand) to be deposited with Registry of this Court for the utilization of High Court Dispensary of this Bench within two weeks. 4.

It is made clear that, the applicants shall not claim any interest and statutory benefits for the aforesaid period of delay

Appeal be registered, after deposit of cost and removal of office objections, if any.
