PER COURT :- 1.

Applicant is requesting for initiating contempt proceedings against respondent nos. 2 and 3 for violating the orders passed by this Court. It has been pointed out by learned A.G.P, and the learned Counsel appearing for respondent Corporation that the amount of rental compensation has been determined and when the authorities tried to deliver the cheque to the contempt applicant, through Registered Post.Ack.Due, his family members did not accept it in his absence, and the said cheque was returned back as not claimed.

2.

In this view of the matter, we do not find that the respondents have committed contempt of the orders issued by this Court. It would be open for the applicant to approach the Town Planning Department of the respondent Corporation on 27th July, 2015, for receiving the cheque and the Officials of the respondent Corporation shall hand over the cheque to the applicant, if he approaches on the given date. With the directions as above, contempt petition stands rejected. ( P.R. BORA, J. ) ( R. M. BORDE, J. ) agp/-
