By the present application, applicant is seeking enlargement on bail in connection with Crime No. 116/2014 registered with M.I.D.C. Police station, Waluj, district Aurangabad for the offences punishable u/s 398, 394, 511 of the Indian Penal Code.

Heard Mr. Sk.M.A.Jahagirdar, the learned counsel for the applicant and Mr. M.M.Nerlikar, the learned A.P.P. for

2 Cr.Apln. 845.2015 respondent - State.

On last occasion, this Court has directed the learned A.P.P. to produce the criminal antecedents of the applicant. In pusuance to the said direction, today the learned A.P.P. submitted that the present applicant is also one of the accused in Crime No. 151/2014 registered with M.I.D.C. Police station, Waluj for the offence punishable u/s 395 of the Indian Penal Code and also in Crime No. 133/2014 registered with M.I.D.C. Police station, Waluj for the offence punishable u/s 459 of the Indian Penal Code. Further, Charge is already framed against the applicant.

The learned counsel for the applicant does not dispute the registration of aforesaid crimes against the present applicant.

In that view of the matter and looking to the nature of the accusation against the applicant, who is having criminal antecedents, the Court is not inclined to grant bail. 6.

Hence, the present Criminal Application is rejected.
