Learned AGP, on instructions, from the Joint Secretary of Co-Operation, Mantralaya, Mumbai states that due amount of the petitioner and the agriculturists will be cleared within six weeks from today.

He further states that so far as the other agriculturists are concerned, their cases will be considered and the decision will be taken in their cases within eight weeks.

By letter dated 13.10.2025, addressed by the Under Secretary of State of Maharashtra, it is informed to the learned AGP that for giving benefit of "Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Shetkari Sanman

959cp150.23 Yojana, 2017" to all eligible beneficiaries the Co-Operation Department has raised a demand of necessary funds with the Planing and Finance Department on 01.10.2025 and as soon as the said funds are available those will be disbursed to the eligible agriculturists. 4.

We direct the Planing and Finance Department to take decision on the said proposal and thereafter make the funds available within six weeks from today.

With this the Contempt Petition is disposed of in above terms.
