Heard Mr. Bagal, learned counsel for applicants and Mr. Lakhotiya, learned counsel for respondent-original claimant. Perused the application.

The present application is filed for stay to the execution and implementation of the Judgment and Award passed by the learned Tribunal in the proceedings. The applicant- MSRTC has already deposited entire decreetal amount in this Court. The respondentclaimant is also allowed to withdraw 75 % of the decreetal amount. In such circumstances, there is no propriety to keep alive present application for further process. Hence, application stands disposed of accordingly.
