We have perused the prayer clauses putforth by the petitioner, seeking a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents, to carry out measurement of his agricultural land. The impugned order passed by the Deputy Superintendent of Land Records, Fulambri on 15.07.2021, is challenged by filling this petition on 16.02.2022. The petitioner has a remedy to approach the District Superintendent of Land Records.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off, with liberty to the petitioner, to avail of the remedy as is permissible in law.
