Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners. Learned Counsel by inviting our attention to the documents placed on record submitted that limited grievance is raised in the petition. The petitioners who are residents of area, namely, Gopalchawadi, Ta. & Dist. Nanded, submitted representations to respondent No.3 on 31.08.2018 as well as on 24.10.2018. The Assistant Executive Engineer of the Maharashtra Jivan Pradhikaran Mandal, Nanded in turn forwarded communication to the Executive Engineer, Nanded and thereby directed that necessary steps be taken for meeting out the complaints raised by the petitioner and the office of the Executive Engineer be accordingly informed. Learned Counsel submits that in-spite of communication dated 15.09.2018, no steps are taken on the representation dated 31.08.2018 or 24.10.2018.

This being limited grievance, without expressing any opinion on the merit of the representation, as representations state that the water being provided is not potable one and leaving this issue for consideration to the competent authority, we dispose of the petition with directions to respondent Nos.2 and 4 to decide the representations dated 31.08.2018 and 24.10.2018 as expeditiously as possible and not later than six weeks from the date of order of this Court.

With these directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
