By way of this revision preferred under Chapter XII of the Bombay High Court Rules, the petitioner is aggrieved and challenging the order passed by the Taxing Officer regarding undervaluation of the first appeal. 2.

In my considered view, it would be appropriate that the issue is kept open to be decided along with the first appeal itself. It would enable both the sides to address the issue and enable the court to decide it on its own merits.
