We have heard the learned counsel for respective parties. 2.

Mr. Kolhare, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the proposal of the petitioner for 6th to 7th standards on the basis of natural growth is not being considered. 3.

Mr. Pulkundwar and learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that the policy has undergone change and now the permissions can only be granted to the deserving institutions on self finance basis.

Mr. Kolhare, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondents be directed to consider the proposal of the petitioner on self finance basis.

The petitioner may submit a fresh proposal for starting standards of 6th and 7th on self finance basis to the respondent. The Education Officer shall scrutinize the same and shall forward it to the Deputy Director of Education who in turn will forward it to the State Government. The decision on it shall be taken expeditiously and preferably within nine (9) months from the date of receipt of the proposal.
