ORDER:- 1.

Heard the rival submissions. This is an application for condonation of delay of 831 days which appears to be caused due to poor fnancial condition of the applicant. The learned A.G.P. for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 strongly opposed the application. However, none appeared on behalf of respondent No.3 Acquiring Body despite service. 2.

Considering the statutory right of the applicant, the application is allowed and the aforesaid period of delay stands condoned subject to condition that the applicant shall not claim any interest for the delay period.
