We have heard this matter for sometime.

The learned advocate for the appellant sought a pass over to take instructions. After the matter was called out, the learned advocate submits, on instructions, that the appellant desires to withdraw the appeal. He is further instructed to state that, as the victim is pregnant, liberty may be granted to the appellant to renew his appeal for bail after the DNA report is received by the trial Court.
