PER COURT :- Counsel appearing for the applicants submits, on instructions that the grievance raised by the applicants No.2 and 3 stand redressed since the directions issued by this Court have been complied-with. It is contended that, in so far applicant No.1 is concerned, the representation has already been tendered, setting forth the grievance to respondent No.5 Municipal Council. Counsel appearing for the Municipal Council states on instructions that the representation tendered by the applicant No.1 would be considered on merits within a period of two months from today.
