In all these applications, the appellants/applicants pray for condonation of delay of 66 days in the first appeal and 73 days in the other two appeals, caused in filing the first appeals for challenging the award dated 11.10.2019 in LRA No.806 of 2010, dated 4.10.2019 in LRA No.803 of 2010 and LRA No.804 of 2010. 2.

Considering the minor delay caused in filing these appeals and the reasons assigned, we find that the law laid down by the Hon'

ble Apex Court in the matter of Collector Land Acquisition Anantnag & Anr. Vs. MST. Katiji & Ors. reported in 1987 SCR (2) 387 and Esha Bhattacharjee Vs. Managing Committee of Raghunathpur Nafar Academy & Ors., reported in 2013 (12) SCC 649, the delay deserves to be condoned.
