By order dated 18.3.2021 criminal application no.3811 of 2019 came to be dismissed as a consequence of the noncompliance of the order passed in the said criminal application. Learned counsel for the applicants has assured this court that offce objections will be removed, forthwith. 3.

Though, learned counsel for respondent has strongly resisted the application, however, for the reasons stated in the application, criminal application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' subject to the costs of Rs.500/- (Rs. Five Hundred) to be paid to the Library, Advocate's Association of Bombay High Court, Bench at Aurangabad. Criminal application no.629 of 2022 is accordingly disposed off. 4.

Criminal application No.3811 of 2011 is adjourned to 7.4.2022.
