1] This application is filed seeking condonation of delay of 14 days in filing appeal against the award passed by the Reference Court.

2] Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGP for respondent nos.1 & 2 and learned counsel for the respondent no.3.

3] Considering the submissions advanced, I am of the view that the delay of 14 days caused in filing the appeal is sufficiently explained by the applicant and the same deserves to be condoned in the interest of justice.
