Present application has been filed for getting the delay of 586 days condoned in filing first appeal. The appellant - acquiring body intends to challenge the judgment and award passed by learned Joint Civil Judge (Senior Division), Nilanga, in L.A.R. No.76 of 2010, dated 19-12-2012.

Learned Advocate for respondent no.01 is strongly objecting the application on the ground that the delay of each and every day has not been properly explained.

Taking into consideration the reasons stated in paras 04 to 06 of the application, the delay is condoned. The civil application stands allowed accordingly. Registry to verify and register the first appeal and place it for consideration on 17th July 2019.
