The learned counsel for respondents states that steps have been taken and the orders have been passed to give them benefits of revised pension and arrears are also to be paid accordingly.

The learned counsel, on instructions of respondents Junior Administrative Officer Mr. Nikam, makes a statement that from next month the petitioners would be given revised pension and the arrears also would be adjusted accordingly.
