Mr. Deshmukh, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the proposed termination was challenged before this Court. This Court granted interim orders.

Subsequently, the petitioner completed her Ph.D. and is granted permanent approval also in March 2009 and today the petitioner is working as Vice Principal after following due selection process.

In light of the aforesaid statement made, nothing remains for adjudication in the present Writ Petition. The Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of interim orders. Rule accordingly disposed of. No costs.
