The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the proposal is submitted by the Head Master for 100% medical reimbursement to the Education Officer. No decision is taken on it as yet.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1 to 4 and submits that, in case the proposal is pending, the respondents would take decision on the same, on its own merits and in accordance with law.

In case, the proposal submitted by the respondent No. 5 is pending with the respondent No. 3(Exhibit -A collectively), then

2 wp 2354.17 the respondent No. 3 shall take decision on the same, on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (04) months from today. The writ petition accordingly is disposed of. No costs.
