We have heard Mr. Jadhav the learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Narwadkar the learned counsel for the respondent No.3 and the learned AGP for respondent State.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would file an application with respondent No.2 for grant of affiliation. The Board may conduct the inspection and may take decision on the application of the petitioner for affiliation on its own merits considering all relevant aspects of the matter within a period of four months. In case the decision is taken in favour of the petitioner by the respondent, then that will enure to the benefit of the petitioner for the next academic year 2021-22 as may be permissible according to the perspective plan. 3.

The writ petition is disposed of.
