By CA No.2972/2019, the applicant/petitioner desires to delete respondent No.4. Learned Advocate appearing on behalf of respondent No.3 submits that respondent No.4 has passed away. He does not oppose this application.

In view of the above, this civil application is allowed and the name of respondent No.4 in the writ petition is permitted to be deleted. Deletion be carried out within 4 weeks. 3.

In CA No.2973/2019, the applicant/petitioner submits that all khs/Nov.2019/2970-d

- 2 - office objections shall be removed and respondent No.4 who has passed away, shall be deleted from the proceedings. The learned AGP and the learned Advocate for the respondents do not oppose. 4.

This civil application is, therefore, allowed. Respondent No.4 shall be deleted within 4 weeks and all office objections shall be removed within the said period.
