Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that although the order is passed on the petitioner's proposal pursuant to the directions given by this Court vide order dated 30th September, 2024, the only issue remains is about arrears of salary.

Since the order stands substantially complied with, we are not inclined to entertain this contempt petition. However, the petitioner is at liberty to pursue available remedy for claiming salary and arrears of salary. In view of this, contempt petition stands disposed of. ( PRAFULLA S. KHUBALKAR, J. ) ( R.
