DATE : 19.04.2022 PER COURT :- This is an application for bringing legal representatives of deceased respondent No.4- Jagannath Bhanudas Jadhav, who died on 7th November, 2021. Photostat copy of the death certificate issued by the Gram Panchayat ofce of village Rui, Taluka Paranda, District Osmanabad is annexed along with the application indicating that the deceased died at village RuiDudhi. 2.

The names of the proposed legal representatives as stated in paragraph No.3 of the application are the legal heirs of the deceased against whom the right to sue survive. As such, the application is allowed.

The petition shall be amended to incorporate the names of the proposed legal representatives of deceased respondent No.4 within a period of one week from today.

4. After carrying out the necessary amendment in the petition, amended copy be supplied to the other side.

Liberty is granted to the learned counsel for the applicant to furnish fresh address of respondent No.11 Savita Vivek Pardeshi. After furnishing fresh address, notice be issued on the said address.
