Mr. Thorat, learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that this Court on 24.11.2021 directed the Committee not to pass final order in the proceedings of the Petitioner. However, on 21.01.2022, the Committee decided the matter of the Petitioner and rejected the claim of the Petitioner.

Perusal of order dated 24.11.2021, it appears that the matter was adjourned to 12.01.2022 and till then the Committee was precluded from passing

2 cp 123.2022 the final order in the proceedings of the Petitioner.

It is not disputed that on 12.01.2022, the interim protection was not extended. In view of that, cognizance of the alleged contempt cannot be entertained. The Petitioner certainly has right to challenge the Judgment passed by the Committee. The learned Counsel submits that the Petitioner has already challenged the said Judgment in separate proceedings. The Petitioner may prosecute the same.

The Contempt Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
